Tobias Sammet, chanteur du groupe de Power Metal allemand Edguy, s’est offert un rêve de gosse, composer un opéra Metal dans lequel il inviterait ses musiciens favoris. C’est Avantasia. Les premiers volumes racontaient une histoire genre thriller mystique dans l’Europe moderne, l’Église c’est les méchants, ils essayent de voler le pouvoir des mondes parallèles où vivent les gentils elfes et les jolies fées avec des artefacts légendaires (mode caricature full on). Une partie de l’action se déroule donc au Vatican, ce qui me permet, par une habile, pirouette d’inscrire cette chanson dans le challenge de la semaine.

On reste dans la famiglia, Labyrinth est le premier groupe de Fabio Lione avant Rhapsody à la fin des années 90. Depuis le groupe a subi bien des changements de line up.

Vous me direz si vous avez réussi à entre sur le site, moi je suis restée coincée au chargement de la page d’accueil :D
